Yes. I'm 5'11" and they is plenty of leg room. There is also about 7 inches or so behind the seat(at the top of the seat) were my seat is positioned

 

Mine will go all the way back to where I have to stretch my legs to fully depress the pedals. (I'm only 6', though) I have actually been impressed with the amount of storage behind the seats. The backs can be laid almost flat with the seats all the way forward.

I don't know the regular cab dimensions, but there is a ton of room in the regular cab. I'm also pleased with the amount of room behind the seats. You can hide all kinds of stuff back there.

When I bought my truck I did the same thing I do when I get into all vehicles, slam the seat back as far as it goes and raise the column to clear for my knees. Lmao, I could hardly touch the pedals. Plenty of space in the F150 reg cabs.

 

Im 6'3, in the Stang Ive got the seat all the way back and tilted so Im not so close to the wheel and airbag in case of an accident.
