My 2010 Lariat
Lariat Plus Package, 4x4, Nav, 3.55, rev camera, 20 alum wheels,
Base price was 39615 + 7,350 in options + 975.00 dest.
MSRP was 47,940 (-1000.00 Lariat Prem. Package discount) Final MSRP: 46,940.00
I traded in a beat to heck 2004 screw FX4. I got 13,000 + 1,000 trade in allowance for my truck (had 92,000 miles on it)
I paid out the door 26,664.33 for my truck. (taxes and tag made up 1,012.68 of that amount)
They also threw in a bed liner, bug sheild, and chrome tool box. I think I
did okay. What you guys think?
Kelly Blue Book listed my old truck at 13,275.00 for fair condition and private party value.

how could the TX market have 3,500 MORE in rebates than any other state?????
4,500 has been the standard rebates since October for the same model.
you listed $7,500 in rebates here and in another thread.

The "usual" is about 10% under MSRP, but your mileage may vary...
As mentioned above, do a search for "F150 invoice price" and look at edmunds.com for tips on negotiating; I am lucky the fleet manager is a long time friend and he gives us invoice price without asking.
Good luck

If you are trading in your 05 F150, you should be happy with the 2010 or 2011 F150. But if you are looking for the biggest savings it will be on a 2010.
My November purchase:
2010 F150 XLT, 5.4L 4x4, Chrome pkg, XLT conv. pkg, drivers pkg, bed liner, tow pkg, Sky Link
MSRP: $42K
Purchased: $28,5K + TTL

Thanks for the advice guys, some of you got some realy good deals. I pay this one off in March and was looking to buy by then, hopefully maybe there will be some 10's left. I have a single cab now, wanting a screw fx4, looks like the first key is getting a good trade in value.
