Default How long will you keep your f150?

I'm just wondering how long you realistically plan on keeping your current F150?

Personally I was hoping to get 10 years, but I can see myself trading in closer to 7.

Till it falls apart or becomes too expensive to keep. I am not fond of being in debt. When its paid off its one less debt.
My last truck was eighteen years old.

Well, I want to say 4-5 years, but realistically it will probably be three.

Until it's time to trade my black FX4 in for a old-man-tan F250 with a camper shell!

Until it goes though a second transmission or blows its engine, or rusts through which in Ontario is the reason cars die.

Three years and I'm planning a new one. Going to give them a few years to polish out the bugs and sweeten the options on the next-gen so probably a 2017. An EcoBoost V8 would accelerate that plan.

May seem far fetched now, but I honestly would like to keep my truck "forever" I'm doing mechanical engineering for Automotive design at UT Austin.. So far my truck has 6" lift and some other goodies, but some 4 years down the road I'd really like to do some crazy custom work and make him a show truck !

Probably use it as a full time work pickup in a few years and get a new one then run this one till it dies or I need a SD. So I'm not really sure
