Default How to find keypad code

Hey guys I bought my truck used and the card with the keypad code on it was missing. The dealership wanted $75 to search for it in the computer. I did some research and found out how you can locate it. Decided to do a video on how to find it. As far as I know this method/location of code works for 2009+ f150s.

My truck came without the keypad door handle, I purchased one and installed it myself had the dealer activate it! My truck did come with the white credit card in the owners manual, with the five number keypad code and it was wrong, it was one number off which I thought was weird!

Thanks! this was a huge help. I was looking inside the box. never would have thought of behind it. the owners manual says its printed on the computer. You must have to remove it cause its not on the out side.

You can also get the keypad code on your Synch screen. I believe it's in the "Information" section. No need to dig into the plastic panels.

If you'd like more specific information about this, I can look at it tomorrow for you.

How much did the replacement handle cost? Where did you pick it up at?
