Looking at an ‘11 F-150 Lariat in WI, primarily concerned about rust. I know these aren’t the best pics, it’s what the dealership sent (I’ve requested more), but was hoping some more experienced eyes could get a general sense of condition. No visible rust on the body from the pics I’ve seen. Bed is spray lined and has a cover. Truck has 123k miles. Worth making a trip for a test drive? Thanks.
My undercarriage looks about the same. Just looking at my truck from the outside it looks amazing. Opening the doors reveals pretty terrible rust on the rocker panels and cab corners. In other words, these pics you shared don't tell much.
The underside is not what you need to worry about. Rear wheel wells rot from the inside out. They could look perfect now and have rust bubbles in a year. Depends on if the po kept the topsides clean.
rockers, cab corners (only on super crew), inner door and tailgate lips, lower front fenders.
