How can I get another 1-2" of lift on my truck?
I have a 2010 4x4 F150 and it's leveled with Bilstein 5100's and is in 33's. How can I get another 1-2" of lift if I don't get a lift kit? I have considered adding a 1" spacer on top of my struts and putting a block in the back, but a lot of people tell me this will put too much of an angle on my upper control arms. From the pics, does it look like my UcA's are maxed out already?

I've also thought about lowering my bilsteins to the 1.5" setting and adding a 1" spacer, essentially giving me 2.5"

You'd be closer to 2.75" your controls move in a circle
I wouldn't recommend it nor does bilstein but you could do it. Uca may contact your spring though.
