The +/- on the gear shifter can be used to lockout gears and to disable/enable the display. If no gears are shown hit the (+) and gears will show (maybe the (-) works as well, I just normally hit the plus). If all gears are shown and you hit the (+) it'll turn off the gears from showing.
Use the (-) when gears are shown to lock out gears, Have all 6 showing and hit (-) once, now have an automatic 5 spd, hit minus again now have an automatic 4 spd and so on. Hit the (+) and now you've added back a gear to your available automatic gearing.

Read the manual on the seat belt alarm, it tells you how to do it. The first time I did it it took me two tries to actually get it. I would read the steps at least twice and then attempt doing it.
From the manual.
Deactivating and Activating the Belt-Minder® Feature WARNING: While the design allows you to deactivate your Belt-Minder, this system is designed to improve your chances of being safely belted and surviving an accident. We recommend you leave the Belt-Minder system activated for yourself and others who may use the vehicle. To reduce the risk of injury, do not deactivate or activate the Belt-Minder feature while driving the vehicle. Note: The driver and front passenger Belt-Minder are deactivated and activated independently. When deactivating or activating one seating position, do not buckle the other position as this will terminate the process. Note: If you are using MyKey®, the Belt-Minder cannot be disabled. Also, if the Belt-Minder has been previously disabled, it will be re-enabled after the use of MyKey®. See the MyKey® chapter. Read Steps1-4thoroughly before proceeding with the programming procedure. Before following the procedure, make sure that: • the parking brake is set • the transmission selector lever is in position P • the ignition is off • the driver and front passenger safety belts are unbuckled 1. Turn the ignition on. DO NOT START THE ENGINE. 2. Wait until the safety belt warning light turns off. (about one minute) • Step 3 must be completed within 30 seconds after the safety belt warning light turns off. 3. For the seating position being disabled, buckle then unbuckle the safety belt three times, ending in the unbuckled state. • After Step 3, the safety belt warning light will be turned on for three seconds. 4. Within about seven seconds of the light turning off, buckle then unbuckle the safety belt. • This will disable the Belt-Minder feature for that seating position if it is currently enabled. • This will enable the Belt-Minder feature for that seating position if it is currently disabled. Default 2010 Lariat Camera

2010 F150 Lariat , I recently bought this truck and its a great truck with low miles . I assumed it would have had a backup camera but I guess I was wrong. Is there a camera I can purchase for for this year that'll be plug an play or do I have to replace the whole head unit.

My 2010 has the camera in the Ford emblem on the tailgate. The playback is in the rearview mirror. I don't have the navigation radio.

Thanks for the input. I'll look into adding that on my truck then. I really don't want a secondary screen . And If I replace the head unit I still have all the manual radio controls that I would assume would be useless after that.

Depends on what you replace it with.

In 2010, the camera was in the bottom of an extended Ford tailgate emblem, and the video was in the rearview mirror.
