HID in Reflector Housing
I know I'm going to get s*** for this, but here goes...
I am running 55w, 10,000k HID's in my stock 2011 reflector headlight housing.
I know I need to change this...
What are my options if I want to continue using my HID's that I bought?
I see most aftermarket housings have separate hi/low beam projectors....

jesus, how do you even drive at night? put a scented candle up front, you may see better.
ok, I got it out of my system. do you want to spend money and do it right? you can do a few things. One would be to throw the HID kit away and put your stock bulbs in there for the time being. Buy a used set of headlamps on ebay and start a proper HID projector retrofit. check out www.theretrofitsource.com for everything you need.
If you have plenty more cash to spend, I would opt for the 2013+ OEM HID projector housings. all you would need is a relay harness and you should be good to go. You can get lucky and find a used set on ebay. sometimes they're separate. a lot of them come without the ballast and bulbs but you can buy them separate.
you're welcome.
