start by unplugging the high beam plugs, 1 at a time. then the ballasts 1 at a time. can you post a pic of you relay plug

I know that its all plugged into the battery right. also tried unplugging the high beams. also did the balast thing and tried a different set of ballasts. Next thing i did was completely remove the relay and rehooked it up. i made sure nothing was feeding it power but the battery. still turned on without fuse. Funny thing is with fuse out they turned off when i hit the switch but they would shut off all of a sudden or not turn on at all or one at a time.

looks like the updated harness. seems like the relay is shot and is feeding power from the stock h13 wire. Which I've never ever heard of. Do you own a multimeter?

actually, no point messing around with it, have trs warranty the harness.

I emailed them thursday but only got a reply to try to hook up halogen bulb to unused h13 to see if that might work. I emailed them back saying that it didn't

they will do the standard "check your connection" before the warranty anything
did you tell them the lights work without the fuse?

your first post says you could only turn them off by removing the fuse, what changed from then

i figured out the fuse thing after i removed the relay and redid all my connections

so originally you could cut the power by removing the fuse. removed and reinstalled the harness and then the fuse thing didn't work?


have you tried grounding directly to the battery?

after i removed the harness everything still worked how i posted but after i removed the fuse to shut lights off i decided to keep fuse out and check to see if they still turned on... They did
