So has anyone updated their cams? Preferably on the 5.4. If so, what cam do you have and what do you think of it. Im looking to get the Comp Cams NSR stage 2. No computer tune and it will bump up the power band.

 

I'll be surprised if a dozen people here have tossed aftermarket cams at the 5.4 Cams are A very expensive upgrade in these motors much less the newer DOHC motors.

But I too am curious to see what people if any have used.
