Unfortunately you have just gotten a taste of life with an Ecoboost. If it isnt too late I would back out of the deal and try to find a V8 truck. I too traded a rock solid 5.4 Triton for a trouble prone 3.5 EcoBoost and I miss my old truck every day. I truly wish you the best of luck no matter how what you decide

Hi, I still have a wonderful 5.4 L and a great 3.5 L.
My 5.4 L engine has good engine braking, sounds good, and runs good.
My 3.5 L engine has marginal or poor engine braking. But it has better fuel mileage, 65 more horse power, 65 lbs. more torque, and will out pull [trailer connected] the 5.4 L any time, anywhere, any how, especially in high altitudes.

Thanks guys for your words of wisdom the dealership is going to be fixing the crank seal for.me.... still waiting to hear back from the finance people as they say I'm like 500 short on income.
