If all you are looking for is 'better than Raptor' suspension, you'll still exceed 50k and have vinyl seats and a 300hp v6.
New Raptor = 45k
Base v6 bottom of the barrel F150 4x4 = 28.5k
Front suspension & coilovers = ~ 8k
Rear springs & shocks = 3.9k
Front axles = 1.2k
Fenders & bedsides = 1.2k
Labor & paint = 10k
28.5 + 8 + 3.9 + 1.2 + 1.2 + 10 = 52.8k
I'm not saying the Raptor is the be all, end all. It is however a much better starting point cost wise than any other new F150.

No such animal, not if you start with a new truck. You'll spend close to 75k trying to recreate what you get for 45k in the Raptor.

I'll give you if I was going to build a truck identical to the factory raptor I probably wouldn't come out ahead but I'm looking for much more than that.
Oh and lastly catzkinz are only like 1500 bucks if it still has factory seats maybe I'll get T-Rex stitched in them.

If I'm going to 18" brenthel on the truck and a 4 link(or even one of the deaver set ups with 3.0s and bracing and air bumps) and fibreglass panels with 8" wider track width than the raptor and puting a full race motorsports turbo kit on it I will come out far a head of trying to get 700hp and 18" travel out of a raptor which I'm going to have to replace panels on too. And in Canada raptors are rolling out the door at 60k+ so if I can get in one that cheap I will come out faaaaaaaar ahead of buying a raptor and tearing it apart to put the same parts on it. Not to mention re-gearing it all and upgraded axles/driveshafts.

There aren't any suspension kits that are 8" wider than Raptors (brenthel is 2" wider per side - 4 total) and there aren't any 700hp ecoboosts so I'm not clear where you are going with this statement.
This topic has been discussed over and over, it costs more money to equal a Raptor, it will cost even more money to surpass a Raptor. The only way to beat the value of a Raptor is to start with a used truck or use Raptor take off parts. Even then you will still need things like gears, the wide track rear end, etc...
SDHQ built an EcoRaptor (surpassed stock Raptor specs) and it cost them over 80k using Raptor LCAs. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess they are better at it than the avg joe.
My Raptor was the black Raptor Ian drove on Xtreme4x4 for the half-price Raptor build. Even at his discounted prices (which us mortals couldn't replicate) he has close to 30k in it without any labor costs.
As I posted earlier, if your only goal is better suspension, yes - you can buy better stuff and do the labor yourself and come out spending marginally less. You still don't have any of the other parts of the Raptor package - ORM, high speed locking diff in 2 or 4wd, yaw stabilization, off road abs settings, etc...
Also, don't forget that Raptor take off parts go for a premium so the cost of upgrading a Raptor is reduced by selling the factory parts - 1,500 to 2,500 for just the front suspension for example (mileage dependent). Front fenders can be sold for more than the cost of wider aftermarket ones, seats can be sold for more than suspension seats, etc, etc. Nobody is lining up to buy regular F150 fenders or vinyl seats and the suspension is only worth it's weight as scrap.
I'm not a cool aid drinker, I know there are much more capable rigs out there than a factory Raptor. When you take into account the total package though, it is hard to beat cost wise.
I applaud the guys that do their own thing and make exceptional rigs - but I've done the math and in the long run its cheaper to start with a Raptor.

All F150's are more expensive in Canada...

Sdhq also had to buy a frame and swap a cab onto a it I have no intention of doing that. I think they could have gone further than they did with 80k. But the raptor market was pretty fresh still when they did that.
