Default Help with trans problems?

My tranny has been acting up a little bit. A few rough shifts here and there and a clunk every now and again.

I've heard about different tsb's. I'm not even sure what a tsb is. I have read that people have had their trannys re-flashed and this has helped?

I'm also thinking about getting a tune from 5star. Will the custom tune help or hurt the problem?

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

The trans has an adaptive learning curve the more you drive it the more it learns your driving style and trys to adjust its self to suit that style there is a reflash avalable that some have said helps. If it is severe you might try disconecting the battery and it will start to learn all over again. I personaly would steer clear of tuners if you want to maintain all aspects of your warrenty

I'd take it in for a reflash. My friend had some harsh shifting issues and the reflash fixed his problems.
