Grab your break calipers and try to wiggle them and see if they make simular noise when you do. Mine for what ever reason moved ever so slightly when I tried that and made a rattle noise.

Check for a lose heat shield or maybe even the dust shield on for your rotor just throwing out some options

Ok so when i was checking for anything loose i noticed the coil springs had a notch in them from what seems like the upper control arm so is that possibly whats causing this problem and second question is if it is that can i clearance the control arm or the spring ? Or is that to dangerous?
