I have a blackberry storm 2. When going thru the pairing, I get to the point the phone will accept the 6 digits on the truck readout and after entering the numbers, I get a message that connection failed. Anyone have any suggestions? I updated phone software but get the same. Truck is new 2012 that I picked up last Friday.

 

go to the bluetooth settings on your phone you might of hit the 'dont display this conection' when you set it up. i did this when i did mine. so go to your bluetooth settings delete the "SYNC" connetion off your phone then try and make the connection again.
