What's a good retrofit brand? Or do you mean retrofit an oem housing?

To me, there's two routes you can go:
1) Retrofit the factory halogen housings
2) Buy the factory HID housings

There is a 3rd option, buying aftermarker HID housings, but if you're spending the money, go with one of the first two, you'll get far better results.

Retrofitting is a bit more work, but you can have it done for you around the cost of buying factory HID's, and then end up having a unique set you can have input on. That's the route I opted to go, mine should be ready sometime in October.

Bil-in-vic on here does them, as well as tuxedoblack11 (I think that's his tag)

Sounds like someone is trying to justify spending the $1000 to drop on OEM HID headlights.

Don't believe I know you. Thanks for the assumption though.

That would be my first question too. How good can the projectors be on $125 dollar headlights? Hopefully good enough not to blind people coming the other way.

I asked my dealership about putting the '13 HIDs in my '11 and they told me it would burn up the wiring. Any possibility of truth here? I'm assuming the transformer is integrated with the light assembly so it shouldn't draw any more on the stock wiring than the originals. I'd really like to do this at some point in the future.
