Help with headlight adjustment

Same here... I guess they need to clarify if the rotation is that of the screwdriver or the dial.
If it is the dial, it makes sense.

How far away are you from the object you are aiming on? If you are really close you will not see much of a difference....

Default Adjustment screw for F150 headlights

Hi there,
I have looked in the manual and have the same diagram as shown above for adjusting the headlights. I have a 2010 F150 XLT SuperCrew and I cannot find any adjustment screw for the headlights.
The only place it could be is behind the housing but then that makes no sense as I would have to remove the rubber weather patch on the side and remove the headlight. But then you cannot adjust the vertical height if its not attached!
Can someone please tell/show me where this adjustment is located?
