Default Help with code

2011 fx2 ecoboost 3.5 170k miles. I just replaced coils, plugs, air filter and cleaned maf, map sensors. Next day a code came out, one I never had before. P2096. Any ideas? I used maf cleaner for maf and map sensors.

  1. Small exhaust leaks
  2. A failing catalytic converter
  3. Fuel delivery issues
  4. A clogged fuel filter or injectorA faulty fuel pump
  5. A faulty fuel pressure regulator
  6. A faulty downstream oxygen sensor
  7. Vacuum leaks

When you pulled off the fuel pressure regulator to do your ignition coils❤️ you need to replace the fuel pressure regulator gasket and o Ring possibly the bolts too...
Since that's the last thing you touched that's my suggestion?
Anyone else feel free to correct me

The P2096 code indicates that the air-fuel mixture in your vehicle is too lean, or there is too much air and not enough fuel. This code is triggered when the oxygen sensor after the catalytic converter detects too much oxygen in the exhaust.

p2096 is caused by bank1 sensor2.
if you notice it still shows permanent.
reflash your tune, sct or RTd and that will clear permanent code.

good luck
