Default hellwig helper springs

i was thinking running the pro series.

http://www.hellwigproducts.com/produ...ol/pro-series/

wouldn't this dramatically stiffen my ride in the rear end? the website says it won't but i'm thinking it's BS. any body using helper springs?

I've ran Hellwigs in the past. It was some of there 990 series springs on a chebby. Those didn't effect the ride on that truck but they were not as robust as the ones you are looking at. I would think that the ride would stiffen some but I don't have first hand experience with those. I run RAS on my F150. Very minimal ride change with those.

thanks for the feedback.

this is good to know about helper springs, in general.

i've thought about the roadmaster active suspension, but it seems a little pricey...
