Which is heavier, the wheel or tire?

I just saw another post that claims 82lbs for the 20" oem wheel/tire. I should probably just weigh one....
I'm curious as I have been reading a lot of suggestions that due to the weight of aftermarket wheels and tires they are the main reason for losing mpg's. Although I'm starting to think that the weight difference may not be that much. I do know that aggressive tread patterns kill mpg due to rolling resistance.

I went to DiscountTire.com and found weights listed for every wheel they sell. I looked at a few, and going from 18 to 20 was about 4 pounds. Tire weights are listed also.
