2014 F150 Single Air (Not Dual Control). There's a clicking sound like an actuator above the gas pedal, but I can't find it or a parts diagram. Any help locating it would be great. Most youtube videos show the dual control which is easy to locate by following the rod, but this model does not have an exposed rod. 1FTFW1CF6EKD03276 Is there site online to view parts diagrams? Does anyone know where the actuator is on this model?
So, if you have a single zone temp system, you have 3 blend door motors,
one to control hot/cold temp
one to control fresh air or recirculate
one to control output vent location, floor, dash, defrost.
which functions are working, and which is not?
All of the functions are working, but there is a very loud clicking coming from just to the left of the gas pedal. Maybe it's on the cusp of failing. Does that help?

I just replaced the blend door motor actuator in my 2014 F150 tonight. It had a horrible clicking sound next to the gas pedal when I’d first open the doors. Part #DA1160 at oreilly. It was pretty simple minus one screw, and getting the piece to line up so it would fully insert.
3 screws for the gas pedal, and 2 for the actuator. Hope this helps!
I found these on the web a few years ago. I have an '11 Lariat with the dual climate, but these may help you. I'm trying to go by memory her, Lol...
I found a couple pics on the Net when I had to replace one of my actuatots. In the first photo I added "Behind the Glovebox" to help with the orientation. The "Single Climate Main Actutor" on the top is behind the center stack and the stereo, etc. would have to be removed to access it. The "Recirculation Actuator" on the right is accessed by dropping the glove box door down and reaching thru there. Also, if you ever have to replace the Blower Fan resistor, you would also access it the same way. From what you're describing, the Actuator you want may be the "Floor, Face, Defrost Actuator". It's accessed down below and to the right of the gas pedal. That's the one I had to replace. Other than the recirculating actuator behind the glove box, It's probably the easist to get at. I've read that the "Dual Climate Only Actuator" down by the floor board is a real pain to get at. Also, when i reserched this when mine acted up, I read that these things are sensitive and it was important to go with OEM, and make sure it was oriented correctly when installed. And that once it was installed, allow the truck to cycle the adjustments of the actuators. As I recall? just turn the truck on but don't start it, wait around 30 seconds or so till all the clicking sounds stop, then go ahead a start the truck and try it. But I'll have to look that up again to be sure.
This is where the one was I had to replace.
Actual picture I took of the one I replaced.

I know my actuator is bad but I also found this piece to be broken. It is linked to the actuator somehow. Any idea what it is called or how to fix. This is on the driver side above gas pedal. I borrowed this photo but it’s the part circled in red.
Mine just started to click yesterday. I used to hear one loud click at random times. I was checking the AC performance because it was hot and it click and and click and click.
For some weird reason, after the car had been shut off overnight when I opened the door, it started to click like crazy again. If I have It on Panel mode, it start to click at random times while driving.
Right now I have it on Floor mode, which seems to keep it quiet. I'll have my part Sunday.
It looks like I have to move the Accelerator away to access it.
I ordered replacementAnd this is the instruction I got from my manual.
Dont even plug the lead into the actuator until you have it mounted. Even with the key off I have had actuators power up and turn the pintle until it damages the contacts internal to the actuator. This renders it unusable.
