Default Heated seats problem

I’ve read most threads but couldn’t find anything similar.

2011 heated leather seats
passenger heating element burned out
driver seat does not heat either
the lights on the dash do NOT light up at all
fuse is good
please help

If the circuit is not completed, the lights won't go on. Something is broken. Do you have "heated" or "heated and cooled" seats?

Can’t say that I’m proficient ant reading those but. F33 is good, I figure if f69 was out I’d have other things out but will check that one today. Assuming it’s good I’m thinking it has to be the ground or the module. As for The HVAC, everything else works.

any idea where the ground is for the heated seats?
