Default Heated Seats

Does anyone know if you can buy heated seats from another F-150 and put them and their A/C controls with the heater buttons into a F-150 without the heated anything? I want it to look as factory as possible. I know of the kits with the little switch you put on the side of the seat but I don't want that. I like the factory look but I doubt a Ford dealership is still doing those upgrades. I'm not sure if the new control panel would work in my truck without having to do a bunch of rewiring.

i kinda doubt it. I believe there's also a controller for all that stuff under the passenger seat. I doubt all the harness stuff is there

going from standard climate control to duel climate control is prob a little tricky. not sure the new controls would work your heat/cool functions

You’d likely have to gut a truck with heated seats and just about swap the whole interior in. There’s a reason Lariats and higher trims cost so much more.

You can swap the control panel in, but I bet you pushing those buttons leads to nowhere.
