Default Headlights not working

I installed aftermarket headlights and have moisture getting into the headlight casing and the wiring harnesses. It caused them to go out and after I cleaned out the wiring harnesses they would work again but it’s no longer fixing the issue. I’ve checked all the fuses, bulbs, and the ballasts but the low and high beams still don’t work. The fog lights, turn signals, etc. still work. These are the hid’s. Any guesses on what the issue might be?

Under certain circumstances the BCM will shut off power to a circuit that has short and draws too much current.
I'm not sure this is your issue but you may have to us Forscan to reset the BCM circuit.
