Are they worth it? Can you use without changing stock exhaust? Hard to install? Im clueless. Thanks in advance

i have a 5.4 they were a slight pain to install, notable sound difference, exhaust is reccomended, but you wont see true hp gains without a good tune, but hell yea i would get them, with hi flow cats or no cats if you can lol
