H&R lowering shackles

Looking for before/after pics of a '09~'10 F150 (preferably 4x4, preferably crew cab) with H&R rear lowering shackles installed.

Supposed to be 1.5" or 2" drop, wondering what the actual drop is...

I wanna say I've read that Ford installed a lift block in the 09's. Have you thought of taking that out first? It'd save you a hundred bucks.
