Default Grinding after new IWE's

Good afternoon,

This past week I had my front IWE's replaced (Again).. from intermittent grinding every now and then. I just had my mechanic put on new IWE's (TRQ) from 1AAuto and now the grinding is persistent in 2H. I have attached a video for reference. Does anyone know how to make this go away (Without bypassing vacuum)?

Things I've had done recently:
- Replaced IWE's left and right
- Replaced vacuum line from solenoid to both IWE's
- Replaced Check valve and assembly

Things to note:
- I have a 2012 Lariat screw with the 4 mode transfer case (4 Auto)
- As in the video, there's a revving sound when shifting to 4 auto from 2H

Is it possible that it's the wheel bearing and not the IWE's? I had the wheel bearings replaced a little over a year ago. Also TRQ brand.

Thanks in advance!

They probably didn't do a very good job of installing.

Default This seems confusing

Not wanting to jump into questioning your decisions, bit of a tinkering type myself I do all my own work, engine swaps lifts, gear changes and such as I was a professional for years before spinal injury forced me out of the field as a daily job. Who is diagnosing your issues? What sort of verification is happening to ensure your parts are actually bad. It's a split here, diagnosing is soo much more important than finding that guy who can do it cheap, because those parts changers will spend thousands of your dollars to play process of elimination, but right now with all suppliers ive had and seen so many quality control issues with new parts from reputable suppliers that I can't assume because it's new that it was a good part. If your diagnosing these parts as bad yourself. What are you specifically seeing or doing to determine specific parts are bad? If it's a sound issue, I would put it on my lift and use a long screw driver with the handle to my ear for specific areas to get a better idea of what part is making the noise. Then I would determine why it is making it. Fully engaged Solenoid issues or just failed parts.
