I had the chrome 3 bar grill, but liked the 6 bar chrome grill better. Then I changed my mind on what I wanted and preferred to have a painted surround grill and stumbled upon the c-clamp style grill from a 2014 fx4 on ebay with the painted surround and haven't regretted it.
I have this one on my 2014 King Ranch and I've always hated it. I hated it the day I bought the truck and now, a year and a half later, I still hate it. just an ugly hunk of chrome. this grille is standard on 2013-14 Lariats, and King Ranches with chrome package, while the non-chrome package King Ranch got a better looking version, the same grille with the surround painted instead.
so I just finally bought this one. 2013-2014 Limited grille. it's at the body shop now getting paint-matched and will hopefully be on this weekend.
If you just have to have chrome, the "C"clamp, or the 6 bar are the ones I like, as long as that gaudy/tacky surround is PTMed. Ford went totally "ghetto" with chrome IMO on the 12th gen.
RNLComp has a nicely PTMed "C" clamp grille on his Ruby Red, and here is my 6 bar.

Oh man I love that grill. It's the best of them all imo, chrome or the Tremor one. I don't like the c clamp ones.
I bet you could sell that Lariat/KR grill pretty quickly if you've changed it already.
I just like the 3 bar look. I'm not a fan of the surround being chrome on any of the grills though

If the surround was black as well, I would hate it. Then there would be a problem.

I like some of the factory ones, but for me the only one I wanted to spend money on was the raptoid - I like the hood cap blending it into the hood better than the factory designs that carry up into the hood, and even the PTM doesn't carry the straight line across the top of the headlights / bottom of the hood like the raptoid one
Looks good. Now you just need to cover up those chrome bumpers. White plastidip is really close to Oxford White.
