2010Boston, Yes This Is What I Was Referring To Earlier In The Thread, I Have Thought Of Doing This. The Only Problem Is How Would I Keep The Original Front Blinker From Blinking With It?

ITS EASY... We have going to the parking light three wires feeding the socket (a GROUND, a PARKING-purple/white, a BLINKER-i forget the color).

You just need to snip the Blinker wire and route it down to the new amber 18" LED strip + ground it out.

DONE plus since that blinker wire is not attached to the parking light socket, it will remain ON.

If i'm wrong, please anyone correct me, but when I tested the lights this morning, I snipped the parking to tap the LEDS and only the blinker worked, not consistant parking.

My projectors came as plug and play. The halos were already wired up from the manufacturer. Pics in album. They were more expensive than the ones on this thread but I also bought them the beginning of this year when there weren't many choices out there.

Default Done and on to next project

finished the install...

Next: Remove the amber parking bulb and replace with WHITE LED. Going to snip the blinker wire and run it to an 18" amber LED strip underneath between the headlight housing and bumper for my blinker (idea from Coolarmybrat)

Still looking for smoked projector fog lights to install 6oook HIDs within to match

Those smoked headlights look tight with that sterling grey. You ought to see if you can swich out the halo color to red, amber, or yellow. I would like to have some projectors but the halo look is a bit much, I would definately opt for larger lenses in favor of the halos. Has anybody had any luck on here with a retrofit? I'd like to see a side by side with some wall cut offs to compare the output.

Do you know if it is possible to actually swap out halos for another color or replace in the case of a halo burning out?

That's what I'm trying to find out, I believe you can, unless the led is a rope or something, I thought it was just fiber optic with a led behind it, making a modification relatively straight forward. I'm not sure what these lights are, but I'm starting to look at some sites I found through the 2010 Camaro forums. Check this out. http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...tssection.aspx
