Yes you do! That is the sweet part. The bottom mounts on the guard use the same holes in the frame as the hooks but I believe ranch hand gives you longer bolts. The mounting hardware for this guard is very stout making for a very sturdy overall product.

Yep you can re use your tow hooks. Mine being two wheel drive doesn't have the hooks from the factory. I have some I got on ebay just forgot all about having them when I put the guard on. Had to cut the plastic anyway so may as well put them on now.

What kind of ranchhand is it I might get one.. Do you know how much it weighs? I'm gettin a 2.5 level put on Tuesday but don't want it to weigh my truck down so it dips in the front

Much lighter than ranch hand, aluminum. Has mounts for lights, takes out white tail deer at 70mph, no dents. Wont work on ecoboost though, no hole for intercooler. you keep tow hooks and fog lights www.aliarc.com

Go to ranchhand.com and they have one of these without the wire stuff. And it is made to put lights. But someday I hope to try and mount lights on mine even with the mesh
