I want either or for the snow rating and softer compund. My Safari's are too hard and don't grip too well in the snow on takeoff unless in 4wD.

I have had my Duratracs for about a year and a half. Through two winters they have been great. Wearing really well have a ton of grip in snow. There is some road noise but not enough to complain about. I have them in 275/65/20. You will like them. Enjoy!

Might have to try Duratracs next, my Toyo's will be replaced before next winter. Not even considering BFG ATKO2's as they are as bad as bald summer tires in the wet sticky snow we get, they clog like mad, never again.

The KO's have been out a long time, this is not the same tire.

Well, they look pretty good. There is a little tire noise (have not been above 50mph yet) but not too loud. I had the tire place put them at 50psi based on what it seemed others where running their sets at and were happy.

Yeah but the current sizes available in the KO2's suck!!! I'd like to try them but they need to come out with better sizes. If they don't soon I'm probably going to wind up with duratracs on my truck.

I have a set of Duratracs on an older silverado and a set on my 09 Screw. I love them. They are awesome off road and in the snow yet very easy on the open road....especially for a more aggressive tire. You won't be disappointed.

The KO2 received a very high ice performance rating by Canadian Tire--their highest rating--which I'm a bit skeptical of but very curious.
