I bought a GoLight spot light for my 2011 work truck today. I was planning on wiring it straight to the battery with an inline fuse, but the instructions said to connect it to a 15amp ingintion circuit if possible. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? Thanks.

I put one on the front of my bass boat. I really like it. Wiring to the battery will work with the fuse but the downfall is the possibility of leaving it on and running the battery down. Mine is that way but the little light on the dash mounted control has always reminded me.
