There is a tank farm down the road from here, I can sit and watch trucks from 10 different companies pull under the same pipe to load up. I would even go so far as to say that the additives are not added, if they are added at all, until they are in the tanker for transport to the station.

Exactly right in most areas, I work in the industry and was a plant manager earlier in my career, additives are added right before the loading arm to the truck and they are different additives. I personally find any non ethanol gas I can if its possible.
