Default Smaller Rear Headrests?

I have an 11 SCREW and the rear headrests are absolutely ridiculous. They make the rear windshield completely useless and you can't see at all through about 3/4 of the windshield.

Has anyone found a smaller replacement headrest? Or has anyone confirmed any specific headrest from a different Ford model (or previous model F150) that will fit? I asked TASCA about a smaller one from the 09 F150s, but they couldn't guarantee that it would fit.

I want to keep the headrest since I have passengers from time to time, so removing them completely isn't a good solution. Thanks for any help.

I know the headrests in '09 F150s are smaller, not sure if they would fit or not, but that might be an option if you can track down some of those.

Just tint the window really dark and then you won't have to worry about it haha

Would smaller (I am assuming you mean lower) make that much difference. Here are my 2010 rear headrests......

........ I know they are big and butt ugly, But I have zero issues seeing through my rear window using my rearview mirror. I fact, I can't say I even see the rests at all when using my rearview mirror. Maybe the 2011 has a center rest??????

The rear headrest in my 2013 will articulate down out of the way when not being used.

The center headrest on my 2007 Edge was so big, it blocked the light sensor in the rear view mirror. The mirror would never dim. I feel your pain.

Actually, if you wanna buy one or 2 more headrests(depends on if you use your jumpseat upfront) That headrest fits both sides of the rear seat.(at least in my scab)
I was gonna buy one more from the dealer...they only want 65 dollars for the headrest, but they want 250 dollars for the cover...Kinda outrageous! So i just took mine out altogether.
