pull the cluster out. if its an XLT that someone swapped the needles on it will have XLT printed on the part number sticker and the glue seal around the lens will be cut.

I have seen some dealerships in my area selling what they claim to be an FX2 but the grille is not an FX2 grille... wonder if I looked at the gauges if they too would have not been FX2. Its really irritating to me, don't sell an XLT or STX and then throw some stickers on it and claim its something else.

wow, its one thing not to know and sell it that way and another to just change a badge and mark it up...
running a vin on the ford window sticker maker website is always the easiest way.

I was just really wondering once I watched Youtube.
But it doesn't bother me to the point of wanting to take the dash apart etc.
Its got all the features that I've ever wanted in a truck: leather, nav, heated/cooled seats, electric locker.
Only thing I don't like about my truck are the wheels and pocket flares. Those will be upgraded after holidays.
