Default Fuse and Relay

Just pick up my new truck and in the glove box is a bag whit one relay and a fuse, I search the owners manual and can't find out what they are for. Can someone help me out, thank you.

Fuse and relay go in the underhood fusebox to send power through the rear trailer harness to charge trailer batteries and the like.

Do you know what postion or number the relay and fuse go, I assume that its the the fuse pannel under the hood up by the rad. Thank you

Relay goez in position #9, fuse in position #21.

Some dont tow or haul at all.... I know I dont... I installed the relay and a jumper wire to be able to use my bedlights only..
