Default Fuse keeps blowing

The fuse #26 keeps blowing. Attached is a diagram I got when I brought my 2010 f150 in due to no crank, no start. Initially the dealership couldn't get communications with PCM, and eventually they found fuse 26 u Der hood blown. Well it has blown again so I am guessing it has a short i. The harness, but I am not quite sure what all wires I need to check.
From what I can figure out so far is I need to check Instrument Cluster, the Front Controls Interface Module, the key-in ignition switch, the key release actuatorand Front Display Interface Module (FDIM). I cannot find any wire diagrams to help me along this process.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, if F26 is blown, the PCM has no power to run so there will be no communications possible.

Nope. None of those have anything to do with F26.

Uh, you posted a picture of the wiring diagram...

Yep. That's what causes fuses to blow. You need to check that YE-RD wire and the stuff it connects to. Those are your suspects.

Does the fuse blow immediately upon insertion or is it an intermittent issue such that things work for a while then it blows seemingly at random?

I remember another member had an issue with #26 fuse when the wires to his vapor canister purge valve had been chewed.

That could definitely be a cause....

Sorry, by diagram I meant a image of where the wires are actually routed around the vehicle.

The fuse blows randomly at the most inconvenient place and time.

So what all do I need to check out then?

You're going to have to do the leg work on this one - trace the runs, check the areas where they connect/terminate, and any areas where they pass through holes in the body, especially if they go into door jambs etc.

Here, from 2012. Can you follow this? It mostly matches up to the numbers in the diagram you posted. From C1581 it goes under the truck back to the canister. And from S101 it goes back into the fusebox, then out to the PCM on the other side of the engine bay.

this is exactly what I was looking for, thank so much. Where could I find more images like this as I have found 'more' fuses blown, but I don't think things are directly related.

fuse 58 blew and fuse 6 blew.

If you are doing a lot, get yourself a service manual. This is from the wiring diagram book.

fuse 58 blew and fuse 6 blew.
Specify WHICH fusebox...

Has this truck either had significant work done underneath (exhaust, transmission, etc)? Been subjected to unusual driving conditions like off-road in brush that might cause under body damage? Your declared symptoms are starting to sound like a wire harness got damaged....

Pertinent vehicle history might help...
