Full tank when I picked it up. Sometimes they return it full after an oil change too, but not always. Don't know why and I haven't been able to predict when they're going to do that, but I'm not complaining.

Same here. When I took the truck out for a ride I noticed it was only filled 3/4. I can back and told the sales guys. He called the porter up and reamed him for not filling it up all the way. I have a nice full 36 gallon tank and they threw in a free spray in bed liner.

It took 34 galons for that fill. :-)
My dealer did the same thing as in filling it up again after returning survey

Bought 2 new fords, both came fully loaded with gas. On my truck my salesperson saw it was only half before I was about to take it and he went and filled it up

Mine was empty when I took the keys and went to drive off, wouldn't have made it home, told the salesman and he took it to the gas station and filled it up for me, only 26 gallons though but didn't give me any hassles which was good.

Default It doesn't show on the Window Sticker....

....but the cost of a full tank of gas is built into the price of the truck.

I ordered my truck....and there is a $134.28 line item called out on the DORA (Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement) document.

You are paying for a full tank of gas and should get one.

Depending on where you live, there may also be an "Advertising Assessment" the local/regional dealer association will tack on. In our area the amount is
...gulp...$775....

Peter
