Question Fuel Pump Stops After Start

I have a 2012 F150 FX2, 5.0 Supercrew. The fuel pump powers up at ignition turn on, then shuts off as it's supposed to. But after the engine starts, it dies, as the fuel pump does not turn back on. Every time. The following is what I've done to correct this:

Changed fuel pump (the old pump was as it would blow fuses)
Changed the fuel pump control module.
Changed the FCM male wire harness (7 wire pigtail. #2 slot is blank)
Had the RCM reset by a company in Georgia.
Re-flashed the RCM using Forscan latest version, as-built settings downloaded from Ford.

The reason I did the RCM was due to having a front tire blowout doing 70 MPH, which shook the truck quite violently. I drove about 150 miles and died as described above. I had to jump pins 1 & 5 in the FCM get home. Of course, this action put 12 volts constant to the pump, which eliminated the variable voltage under normal operation.

What else can I check? What am I missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Max

Have you done the fuse 27 relocation yet?
Also be sure the fuel pump module ground on the frame is clean and tight.
Just a few suggestions.

No, I have not relocated the fuse yet, although I do have the parts. The original fuse is not working since the new pump was installed.

The ground on t he FCM is fine. I've had it off several times, cleaning it the first time.

Thanks

Correction: The original fuse is working. I'll relocated after I get the thing running.

Fyi it is the fuse holder that looses contact with the fuse and may show signs of arching.
Not sure if you're aware of this.
