Default Front windows won't work

2011 SCab Eco w/77K miles front windows won't work
- Front speakers weren't working (corrosion issue in harness plugs) so, starting on pax side, popped the door panel off to fix and reassembled after fixing the the issue
- upon reassembly with all connection plugs reseated properly neither window switch works (driver or pax)
- Checked fuses and they are good
- disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes did nothing except have me reset the radio stations

Other info you may need:
- no clicking or other noise when actuating front window switches (driver or pax)
- Pax wiring harness was damp to touch
- locks and mirror controls work on front doors.
- zero impact to rear door windows

Any thoughts?

Looking at the diagram, I think the only way for that to happen is the connector to the window switch on the pax side is not fully seated or broken, etc. That is where I would start my search.

had a similar problem on my son-n-laws truck. we found where wires go from truck to door in the bend of the bundle there was moisture. you could see the burned spot and corrosion from the wires bending from opening door. It was on the drivers side but all window and door lock controls go thru that side. All it takes is a pin hole and over time the copper wire will corrode. open the door and unwrap the bundle of wire and you will probably see a bad spot.

if you can get a master window switch and see if it works with another one also. Easy to remove and if you know someone with one that will let you borrow for 5 minutes you can test it
