Default Front Windows Sticking

I just bought a 2012 XLT Supercrew Ecoboost with the auto up and down window switches for the front windows. Periodically and randomly, it seems, the front two windows will get stuck either up or down. It seems to happen independently and when the passenger side is malfunctioning, it won't work from either switch. Doesn't seem like there is a bad connection in the switches, but they seem to work fine again if I shut the pickup off and start it again. Does anyone have any ideas of what would cause this or are there any common problems out there on these pickups?
This is my first Ford and I don't want to have a bad experience!!

Nope, no tinting. The only thing aftermarket on it is a Wilson cell phone booster. It's installed under the dash and has power tied in to a wire coming from the ignition along the steering column. The antenna wires run out to the driver's side pillar. I thought there could be some interference from it, but I think that's a long shot.

I had that problem in a 2005 Expedition. When I took it in they re-flashed the CPU and we never had another problem.
