Default Front drivers side squeak

Well its been going on for a few months now but its finally pushed me over the edge, Every time I got over the slightest bump I get a small squeak that sounds like its coming from the front left tire/ suspension area, anyone know of anything that would cause this, about to just take in in for warranty.... tried spraying leather seat conditioner on all the control arm bushings with no luck ... dont have any grease long story... any idea's? seems to squeak more when weight is off that side of the truck

Check the plastic shock boot on that side! Mine just started doing this on the passenger side about 750 miles after my Rancho lift was installed. The plastic slightly rubs the strut body causing a squeak. I sprayed some WD-40 Water Resistant Silicone Grease (http://www.wd40specialist.com/produc...cone-lubricant). I can easily reproduce my squeak by having my wife bounce on the door sill on that side. I can even change the "pitch" or even stop the squeak by pressing on it. I can feel where it rubs.

I'm trying the silicone grease for a while to see how it goes. I've also read of other members actually just trimming the plastic up far enough that it doesn't rub anymore.

Also, here's another recent thread on this topic that even has a video. So check it out and see if that's similar to what you're experiencing.

Hmmm that sucks. What all mods do you have that might be the culprit? And when did it start? Like after a certain mod or anything?
