Default Front bumper light bar help

Ok, I have a 2010 Tuxedo Black XLT Screw 5.5 bed. I want a front bumper light bar so I can mount a few off road lights. Here is what I want though. I do not want the light bar to mount inside of the bumper hole. I have a Carriage Works grill and I love it, so Im not removing it. I do not like bull bars. That leaves me with one option. An off road light bar that mounts to where the tow hooks are mounted to. The same place bull bars mount to. Westin seems to make such a light bar. I have included a picture of how I do not want it mounted and another picture of the Westin product. My problem is that I also want to retain my tow hooks. If you look at the picture, you cant tell if the tow hooks are still there. Please advise if anyone has this product and if you were able to retain your tow hooks. Thank you very much.

Couldn't you still use the Carriage works grill even if it mounted down in the hole? Looks to me like the mounts are pretty much flush against the sides of the opening. Obviously you would have to remove it to install the light bar but with some minor trimming to the grill I think it would work.
