Default ford sync

I have a 14 f150 with the basic sync system. I cannot figure out how to end calls from the system. The only way I have been able to do so is by hitting end on the cell phone itself. How can I end a call from the sync system?

Pressing and holding the phone button on the steering wheel for a few seconds always works for me or hitting the end call on the trucks screen.

Default end call

I do not have a screen. I have the basic system radio with single cd.
Tried holding the phone button but it does nothing. Any suggestions?

Pic of phone on steering wheel with down arrow... Each button has 2 sides... Read your manual.

I have the same system. Press and hold the left side of the button for a second or 2 then release. It will hang up the phone.

Default Thanks

Thanks. That is what I needed. I suppose I did not hold the button down long enough. I hate when people answer: read the manual, because the manual does not contain everything. If it did I wouldn't need to ask a on a forum.
