I will find out wed when my truck goes in.......at 3,600 miles it shouldn't see a garage..........lol
I'm in the same boat here, my 2013 4x4 w/ 6,000 miles shouldn't see the garage. Bad noises coming from the drivetrain is disappointing to say the least after spending $5,000+ on suspension and tires. I really hope Ford comes up with a fix soon...

Hi everyone!

Thanks to those of you who have already reached out. I'm getting your information into the hands of people who can help. If you're in Canada, I recommend sending the same information (VIN, dealer, mileage, daytime phone number, and full name) to my colleagues at FordServiceCA. They're here specifically to help those of you north of the border.

Questions? Concerns? Just shoot a PM my way and I'll do what I can to assist.

Crystal

Default Clicking or poping noise

I have had this problem with my 2012 fx4 since new. Had it to the dealership 5 times and they gave me the same bull, ford knows the problem exists and are working on a fix. Yesterday I took it in and told them they either fix it or keep the son of a *****. They called me a few hours later and said they found the problem and that they had to order parts, to bring it back first thing in the morning. I took it to them at 8:00am and they called me at 11:00am and said it was ready. I had my doubts when picking it up, but it seems they fixed it. The TSB is 13-7-7. They replaced the following- driveshaft flange bolt, slinger, and rear pinion seal. I am new to this thread so still trying to figure out how everything works, so I don't know if someone has already found a fix to this problem.

Thanks guys. Please keep reporting back weekly or monthly on your status after TSB 13-7-7. If it looks good I'll take her back to the dealer just to give it a shot.

I will be taking my truck in tomorrow for leaking pinion seal, so that will be a perfect time for them to perform these tasks upon re-assembly!

I had this done before the TSB was actually released and it seems to have resolved my issue...been over a month now.
