Are you kidding me... Just read the details for the Ford pass and it's just typical... a Remote access hasn't been updated in 2 years, no "added" features just start, lock, find all for $99.00 a year...
Ford pass on the new Sync 3, Sync Connect, has above listed plus ability to schedule a start times, fuel consumption info, data, ect.. along with being 100% connected to your truck all for what I could find... FREE!!! I'm so glad I'm waiting til 18 to purchase...

Ford.... Upgrade your freaking Remote Access app for the sync users you left behind...

I'm a little confused what you are upset about? The technology is new and different in the newer trucks, you can't just update an app or the software on the sync systems and get all the new features all the time, there are limitations.

Plus the yearly fee is only $50 and I'm pretty sure the Ford pass is not free forever on newer trucks, you probably get a few years for free, but not forever.
