I am about to find out as I just picked up a pair of these today. Once it warms up a bit, I'll let them bake in the sun then follow the instructions. It shouldn't be too hard to do. The guy at Ford parts said they are a huge PITA and should be done at the factory, but I'll give it a whirl myself before I shell out $200 for someone else to do it.

I installed mine today. Cleaned wells good first. Info that comes with the liners isn't the greatest, but can be followed.
First liner took an hour.... like I said info not the greatest. Second one took about 10 minutes.... When you figure out the instructions, its easy. But an extra hand to pull the lower portion of the fenders out during install would definitely be an asset to anyone doing this
But I am VERY pleased with the outcome. Very clean. No need to post pics.... looks the same as all the other liner pics

Here a tip... Instead of taking the tires off, simply install your drop hitch in the receiver (assuming you have one) and lift the rear of truck with floor jack. Makes the install much easier bc the working height is improved and wheel well is more exposed.
Lastly if you plan to install rear splash shield (mine were Weathertech) do this in conjunction with the wheel liners.
Putting the liners in the Sun does help as someone else mentioned....And don't tighten anything down all the till you line up the bottom rear bolt and the 2 brass clips.
All that said, I have no regrets except that I should have worked them into the purchase price. Stuff like that means nothing to dealers.

I didn't remove my wheels and even with the 22's, there was enough room to get them in. I did use a jack and my drop hitch to raise the back end, and that gave a few extra inches of clearance. They went in fairly easy, letting them sit in the sun for a bit before hand help a lot.
My only headache was my mud flaps. They had a bracket mounted down from the fender support bar locations but once I got the liners in, I tossed the bracket and bolted them directly to the liner. Once I figure out what to do on the first one, the second side took literally 10-15 mins to put in.
Looks much better now and I am glad I did it myself, saved me a $200 install bill and took about 2 hours overall.
