I suppose its mostly a $$ issue. I spent $7 on a can of spray-in bedliner. As opposed to however much those liners cost. I would've done the liners, but couldn't bring myself to send the $$. Some people on here did both paint and install liners.

I'm still trying to decide on the liners... it seems to me, that the liners would prevent you from cleaning all the mud, grime, etc out of the nooks and crannies behind the tire. Sure, the liners will block some of it from splashing up there, but not all of it. Around here, they salt the roads like crazy, so rust is a big concern. I'm just afraid the salt will get up behind the liners and I won't be able to clean it out. What are your thoughts on this?

All in all it was worth it as it really cleaned up the appearance back there. They fit like a glove, an incredibly tight one! My hands look diseased as they took quite a beating. I'll get some pics up shortly.

Something I could have done had I thought about it, is use some masking tape to protect the fender flares.

The directions are lacking.

The hardware and instructions are in a plastic bag zip-tied to the liners ... sounds as if your's got lost in transit.

can anyone provide the factory instructions and a list of what I need to get from the dealer to install them?
