Guys - I just received my $750 Private Cash Rebate from Ford's mail order brochure. The clause says "Take New retail delivery from dealer stock by 11/25/2012". Am I eligible to use this rebate even if I'm building a truck? Am I correct in assuming that this should have no impact on my dealer's profit margin?

It can be used for orders....technically any order can go to dealer stock before you purchase it. The challenge is receiving your truck before the expiration date. I was told by my dealer there was some flexibility, not sure if all dealers are the same, or how true this is since I haven't ordered yet. Best to communicate the date up front and get in writing that they'll honor it.

Dealer will see it when they look it under your name and will add it on your total rebates if they are decent enough to care. It has nothing to do with their profit and you will sign a paper to authorize the dealer to claim the rebates when you sing the papers which would include the $750 as well.
