Ford F150 One Piece Driveshaft Slip Bump- FIX!
I got a real good example of this concern in today and I show you guys. In this video I show what is causing it and just how to fix it. While this concern is well documented on the two piece drives hafts not much is out there specifically on the one piece drive shafts.

Thanks!!!
I can confirm it works. Had mine in for inspection and mentioned it to the dealer. They greased the driveshaft and it's been great ever since!
Now I know what to do if it comes back again.

I have a 2012 4x4 supercab that has been suffering from the driveshaft clicking tsb for over a year now. I've had it in twice for the 13-07-07 tsb with the first fix lasting about 9 months and the second fix for about 13 km (distance from my dealer to my house). The second tsb fix included the revised oil slinger which obviously never worked. But the past month or so the truck has developed a bang or popping sound along with the clicking while in reverse and steering locked left or right. At first I thought the bang or pop was related to the frontend as it sounded closer to the front. Dealer inspected and found no issues relating to the frontend. But after your insider info I think the pop or bang might be related to the splines needing lube leading into the transfer case. Have you come across any similar cases while turning in reverse? Thankyou for putting your time into your vids!

my 2013 Screw 5.5 bed 4x4 has a steel driveshaft instead of the aluminum. i have no vibes or clunks, think they switched DS material. my 87 F150 was the first truck with an aluminum and it transmitted all kinds of clinks and clunks. what are 2 piece made of?

2 pc is made of steel and they are junk.
Good tips, though thank you. After I take my truck in for the failing center bearing separating and hoping dealer will replace shaft under the TSB 13-3-13 under my powertrain warranty.
If they don't well I'll grease her up and drive it the the center bearing disintegrates.
On the 2 pc do you grease the transfercase and the slip spline to get rid of this noise?
